FROM BRAND GUIDE TO GARMENT

Turn Brand Guidelines Into Garment Details.

A strong brand application is planned as part of the product, not added at the end. We review the artwork together with fabric behaviour, garment construction, intended use and the practical order requirements.

APPLICATION OPTIONS

Brand Details Planned for Performance Apparel.

The most suitable method depends on artwork detail, fabric stretch, garment construction, wash requirements and quantity. Options are confirmed after a project review.

01

Heat Transfer

A clean option for many stretch garments, with finish, size and application conditions reviewed for the selected fabric.

02

Screen Print

Suitable routes can be reviewed for larger graphic areas, colour counts and the intended hand feel.

03

Embroidery

Thread, backing, stitch density and placement are considered to manage weight and distortion.

04

Silicone & Rubber Badges

Dimensional brand elements can be evaluated for attachment, comfort and garment position.

05

Woven Main & Size Labels

Label dimensions, folds, edge finish and information hierarchy are coordinated before sampling.

06

Care Labels & Trim Details

Fibre, care, origin and buyer-supplied information are organized into the agreed label set.

LOGO & BRANDING FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before Approval.

Method, MOQ, cost and timing are confirmed against the artwork, product, quantity and order scope.

Which logo method is best for activewear?

There is no single best method for every garment. Fabric stretch, surface texture, artwork detail, placement, wash requirements and order quantity all affect the recommendation. We review these together before sampling.

What artwork files should we provide?

Editable vector artwork is preferred, together with dimensions and colour references. If only a raster image is available, the team can first check whether it is suitable or needs to be rebuilt before production use.

Can one logo be applied across different fabrics?

Possibly, but the same application may behave differently on smooth, brushed, ribbed or highly elastic fabrics. Each important fabric and placement should be reviewed through the agreed sample route.

When are branding MOQ, cost and timing confirmed?

They are confirmed after the method, size, colour count, artwork complexity, style quantity and sample route are clear. This keeps the quotation aligned with the actual B2B project.
