1. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful business research, product enquiries and communication with MIQI. You must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person or use website content for unlawful or misleading purposes.

2. Website Information Is General

Product images, descriptions, materials, performance references, MOQ examples, timing, certifications and process information are provided for general reference. Availability and suitability depend on the actual style, material, quantity, colour, customization, testing, destination and approved supply route.

Website content is not a binding offer, technical approval, warranty or compliance certification. A project becomes binding only through accepted commercial documents issued for that project.

3. Quotations, Samples and Orders

Accurate quotations depend on a sufficiently complete brief. Pricing, MOQ, sample cost, production timing, payment terms, delivery terms and validity will be stated or confirmed in the relevant quotation or agreement.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, measurements, materials, colours, logos, labels, packaging and samples. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing. Bulk production should follow the agreed approval record unless a written exception is accepted.

4. Buyer-Supplied Materials

You confirm that you have the right to provide and authorize use of any design, logo, artwork, reference product, photograph, tech pack or other material submitted to MIQI. You remain responsible for ensuring that buyer-supplied materials and requested claims do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

We will use submitted materials to evaluate and support the requested project and will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Website Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, layout, brand elements and original media belong to MIQI or are used with permission. You may view and share links for legitimate business purposes, but may not reproduce, republish, resell or create misleading derivative use of substantial website content without written permission.

6. Certificates and Market Requirements

Certificate scope, named entity, production site, supplier, product eligibility and validity can change. A facility or supplier document does not automatically certify every product or transaction. Request current documents and confirm their applicability to the selected order before making any claim.

Buyers should identify destination-market, retailer, labelling, testing and restricted-substance requirements early. Final legal compliance and marketing claims depend on the finished product and the applicable market.

7. Third-Party Services

Links to external websites or communication services are provided for convenience. MIQI does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices and is not responsible for loss caused by your use of third-party services.

8. Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to keep website information accurate and the website available, but content may contain errors or become outdated and access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular project.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MIQI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability relating to a commercial project is governed by the accepted project documents.

10. Changes and Applicable Terms

We may update the website and these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later website use. The law and dispute provisions for a commercial order will be stated in the relevant contract or accepted commercial document; if there is a conflict, that document takes priority.
