Questions, Grouped Around Your Buying Journey.
Search a topic or choose a category. Final recommendations are confirmed against your product brief, destination and selected supply route.
RFQ, MOQ & Pricing
What information should we provide for an accurate quotation?
Share the product category, tech pack or reference images, target quantity, colour count, size range, fabric direction, logo method, packaging requirements, destination market and target timing. The more complete the brief, the more accurately materials, sampling and production can be assessed.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed by style, fabric, colour count, size breakdown and customization scope. Stock fabric and simpler branding may support a different starting quantity from custom-dyed fabric, special trims or complex construction. Send the project details for a suitable route rather than relying on one universal number.
What factors have the biggest effect on unit price?
Fabric composition and weight, construction complexity, order quantity, number of colours, logo technique, trims, labels, packaging, testing and delivery terms all affect cost. A target price is useful, but the product specification must still support the quality and performance expected by your customer.
Can you work with a concept if we do not have a complete tech pack?
Yes. You can start with reference products, sketches or a mood board. The development team can help organize the style direction, measurements, construction and material brief before sampling. Any development scope and related cost should be confirmed before work begins.
Sampling & Product Development
What does the sampling process look like?
A typical route is brief review, material and colour confirmation, first prototype, fit and detail comments, revision where needed, then final sample approval. The exact number of rounds depends on the product and how complete the original specification is.
How are sample cost and timing confirmed?
They are assessed after reviewing the style complexity, material availability, branding method and required sample type. Sampling time starts after the necessary details and materials are confirmed, so incomplete files or custom materials can extend the schedule.
Can we revise fit, measurements or construction after the first sample?
Yes. Provide consolidated comments with measurements, photos and clear priorities. Revisions should be recorded against the same specification so both teams can see what changed and which version is approved.
Do you begin bulk production before sample approval?
Bulk production should follow an agreed approval point. Fit, construction, colour, branding, labels, packaging, quantity and other critical details should be confirmed before production moves forward. Any buyer-requested risk exception should be documented separately.
Fabric & Performance
How do you recommend fabric for yoga, training or court wear?
The fabric brief starts with end use, hand feel, weight, stretch and recovery, support, opacity, breathability, moisture management, durability, price position and climate. Suitable options can then be compared rather than choosing by composition alone.
Can performance features such as quick dry, pilling resistance or colourfastness be tested?
Testing requirements can be agreed for the selected fabric or finished product. The buyer should specify the target method, standard and pass criteria where these matter. Marketing claims should be based on the approved material and relevant test result, not on a generic fabric description.
Can you match our brand colours?
Colour can be developed from a Pantone reference, physical swatch or approved standard. The selected fabric, dye method and viewing conditions affect the result, so colour approval should be completed before bulk production.
Can we source recycled or organic material options?
Potential material routes can be reviewed with available supplier documents. Certificate scope, validity, product eligibility and any transaction-document requirements must be confirmed for the specific material and order. A supplier certificate does not automatically certify every finished garment.
Customization & Private Label
Which logo methods can be considered?
Options may include heat transfer, silicone application, print or embroidery. The best method depends on fabric stretch, garment location, wash requirements, desired appearance and order quantity. A sample should confirm adhesion, stretch and visual quality.
Can you customize labels, hangtags and packaging?
Private-label details may include main labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags, bags, tissue, stickers and carton marks. Supply the artwork, material direction, required wording and destination-market requirements for review.
Can sizes and fit be adjusted for European or North American customers?
Yes. Share the intended customer, fit direction, body or garment measurements, grading rules and a reference garment where possible. Market names such as EU or US fit are not enough by themselves; the approved measurement chart and physical sample should control production.
Can you develop a product from our reference garment?
A reference garment can help communicate fit, hand feel and construction direction. The final product should still be defined through measurements, materials and approved details, and buyers remain responsible for ensuring their design does not infringe third-party rights.
Production & Quality Control
When is the production lead time confirmed?
Lead time is planned after sample approval, material availability, quantity, colour breakdown, customization and packing requirements are confirmed. Changes after approval can affect both material and production schedules.
Which quality checkpoints can be included?
A quality plan can cover incoming fabric, colour and shrinkage review, cutting, in-line sewing, measurements, construction, logo and trims, appearance, finishing, final inspection and packing. The agreed specification and tolerance should be clear before production.
How do you reduce differences between the approved sample and bulk production?
Critical details should be locked in an approval record, with the approved sample, measurement chart, material, colour, branding and packaging used as production references. Controlled checkpoints help identify deviations before the order is fully completed.
Can buyers arrange third-party inspection?
Buyer-appointed inspection can be coordinated around the agreed production stage and inspection plan. Scope, sampling level, acceptance criteria, timing and responsibility for any reinspection should be agreed before the inspection is booked.
Certificates, Compliance & Traceability
Which facility and supply-chain documents are available to review?
The website currently presents previews for GRS, amfori BSCI and ISO 9001 facility-related documents, plus a GOTS scope certificate for a selected textile supplier. Request the current full document and verify the named entity, site, scope, validity and relevance to your order.
Does a GOTS or GRS certificate mean every product is certified?
No. Certification depends on the certified entity, approved product scope, material route and required chain-of-custody or transaction documents. Eligibility must be confirmed before the order, and claims should only be made when the complete certified route supports them.
Can you support EU or US market documentation?
Share the destination country, retailer requirements, label content, restricted-substance expectations and required testing at the start. Available product, material, quality and supplier records can be organized, but final legal and claim compliance depends on the finished product and destination-market review.
Can you help prepare traceability or Digital Product Passport data?
Product data such as composition, selected supplier or origin information where available, colour, care details, order references and supporting documents can be organized around the project. The exact data set and system connection should be defined by the buyer's market and platform requirements.
Shipping, Communication & Support
How are shipping options and costs confirmed?
They depend on destination, order volume, carton dimensions, timing and the agreed delivery term. Product and freight costs should be shown separately where possible so the buyer can compare routes clearly.
Can cartons and packing be prepared for our warehouse or retailer?
Yes, when the required carton size, weight limit, assortment, barcode, carton mark, polybag and packing-list rules are supplied before production. Retailer routing guides should be reviewed early because they can affect both packing and cost.
How are schedule changes communicated?
Material, approval or production issues should be raised with the affected milestone, likely impact and proposed next step. Buyer approvals and change requests should also be recorded promptly so the schedule can be updated transparently.
What happens if we find a product issue after delivery?
Notify the team promptly with the order reference, affected quantity, measurements, clear photos or video, packing information and inspection evidence. The cause and agreed specification can then be reviewed before a practical resolution is proposed.
